just three doors down from the cruise ship pier in Frederiksted.
When are you open?
Tuesday – Saturday. Our gift shop hours very depending on
our tour schedules and reservations, please call ahead.
We are always open on cruise ship days, so please do not hesitate to call or
make a reservation online.
Our "every day" tours depart at 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.
Our "cruise ship" tours depart at varied times depending on the ships
arrival and departure times.
How much does it cost?
ATV Tour - $125.00 per machine. The pricing for our ATV tour is for 1 or 2 people. Land & Sea Package - $200.00 for two people. This includes 1 ATV, 1 Jet Ski, 1 double kayak, 2 sets of snorkel gear.
Is there an age limit?
We have taken people on our ATV tour as young as 4 and up to 72. As long as the passenger can hold on safely there is no problem. If you bring your children (under 18) you will be required to sign a waiver for them to ride.Minimum age to drive an ATV is 16 years with a valid drivers license. (A parent or guardian must accompany the minor on the ATV tour.)
Is there a weight limit?
All of our ATV's have a maximum weight capacity of 600 lbs.
What if we have an odd number of people?
If there is an odd number of people with children under the driving
age we can arrange for the child to ride with our guide for a charge of
$50.00. (i.e. 2 adults, 3 children)
If the odd number includes enough drivers to have the children ride with
them, than you will need to purchase machines for all drivers.
(i.e. 3 adults, 2 children)
Can I book this onboard my cruise ship?
No, Gecko's does not participate in the onboard booking of shore
excursions. Please

Do I need a reservation?
If you are arriving by cruise ship we highly recommend
making a reservation
in advance to guarantee a space.
If you are staying on island a reservation is required as our operating
hours are based on reservations.
What if I want to cancel my reservation?
We do have a 24 Hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made within the 24 hours you will be held responsible
for 100% of the total cost of your reservation.
If you are arriving by cruise ship, and your ship is unable to port for any
reason, you will not be held responsible for payment.
What type of ATV's do you have?
We use Polaris Sportsman 500 EFI touring machines. These ATV's are designed, built, and rated for two passengers and supply a comfortable ride for both.
Do I need any experience to ride?
No, These machines are fully automatic and very simple to drive. You will receive detailed safety information as well as instruction on the operation of the ATV before leaving the starting point.
How should I dress/What should I bring?
Dress comfortably in clothes that are OK to get dirty. Also, dress for the weather. Rain showers are common in the Caribbean, but pose no threat to our tours.
Bring your camera, eye protection, sunscreen, and water. We also recommend a
bandana (for dirt and dust)

What if I am pregnant?
It is entirely your decision. The trails that we are riding on are not extremely rough, but keep in mind, we are on ATV's. Consult your physician if you have any concerns.
