Upon arrival at our shop, each adult 18 years or older will be required to review the safety rules, along with completing and signing the waiver below, indicating that you understand and agree to the content of both documents. Each minor will need to be listed on the waiver with a parent or legal guardian signing for them.
You also need to understand that each participant will be required to wear a helmet at all times while driving or riding on one of our ATVs.
